RETURN POLICY AND QUALITY GUARANTEE
Didn't love the etched glasses you ordered from us? Not to worry! If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept any items as long as the item is in new condition and within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. If on the rare occasion an item is damaged in transit, we will promptly send out a replacement set.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to properly pack your order, there are rare instances when our college town city map glasses are damaged in transit. If you received a damaged order, please keep all the contents and contact us via email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. For USPS damaged shipments, you will need to drop off the entire order and packaging to your local Post office for a claim to be filed for reimbursement. Once this is completed we will file a claim with USPS and ship out free replacements on items damaged in-transit.
