RETURN POLICY AND QUALITY GUARANTEE

Didn't love the etched glasses you ordered from us? Not to worry! If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept any items as long as the item is in new condition and within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. If on the rare occasion an item is damaged in transit, we will promptly send out a replacement set.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to properly pack your order, there are rare instances when items are damaged in transit. Of course we will quickly ship out free replacements on items damaged in-transit; we just ask that you report all damage within 10 days of receiving the item so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.
